This Privacy Policy explains how 好奇光 Lumi (the "App"), developed by Madness Technology, collects, uses, and protects personal information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Data we collect

Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services. None of them receive the child's name or User ID.

Children's privacy
The App is designed for children and is set up by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete the data promptly.
Your rights
- Request access to your child's personal data we hold.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your child's account and all associated data.
- Cancel your subscription via Apple / Google account settings at any time.
Data retention
We retain data while you use the App. Upon account deletion request, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Voice audio is never retained — it is discarded immediately after transcription.

兒童私隱
本應用程式專為兒童設計，由家長或監護人代為設定。我們不會在未獲家長同意的情況下有意收集兒童的個人資料。如您認為有此情況，請立即聯絡我們，我們將盡快刪除相關資料。
您的權利
- 要求查閱我們持有的您孩子的個人資料。
- 要求更正不準確的資料。
- 要求刪除您孩子的帳戶及所有相關資料。
- 隨時透過 Apple／Google 帳戶設定取消訂閱。
資料保留期
我們會在您使用本應用程式期間保留資料。如您要求刪除帳戶，我們將在 30 日內刪除所有個人資料，但法律要求保留者除外。語音音訊從不保留——於轉錄後即時刪除。
