This Privacy Policy explains how 好奇光 Lumi (the "App"), developed by Madness Technology, collects, uses, and protects personal information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
User consent
Before any personal data is transmitted to a third-party service, the App presents a clear disclosure screen during onboarding that explains exactly what data is sent and to whom. The user must actively check a consent checkbox and tap "Agree & Start exploring" before any data leaves the device. The App cannot be used without this explicit consent.
Data we collect

Third-party AI services
The App uses the following third-party services. None of them receive the child's name, User ID, or voice audio. All third-party providers listed below maintain privacy and data protection standards equivalent to or greater than those described in this policy.

Children's privacy
The App is designed for children and is set up by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete the data promptly.
Your rights
- Request access to your child's personal data we hold.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your child's account and all associated data.
- Cancel your subscription via Apple / Google account settings at any time.
Data retention
We retain data while you use the App. Upon account deletion request, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Voice audio is never retained — it is processed entirely on-device and discarded immediately.

用戶同意
在任何個人資料傳送至第三方服務前，本應用程式會於入門設定期間顯示清晰的說明頁面，列明傳送的資料內容及對象。用戶須主動勾選同意核取方塊並點擊「同意並開始探索」，資料方會離開裝置。未獲明確同意，本應用程式無法使用。

兒童私隱
本應用程式專為兒童設計，由家長或監護人代為設定。我們不會在未獲家長同意的情況下有意收集兒童的個人資料。如您認為有此情況，請立即聯絡我們，我們將盡快刪除相關資料。
您的權利
- 要求查閱我們持有的您孩子的個人資料。
- 要求更正不準確的資料。
- 要求刪除您孩子的帳戶及所有相關資料。
- 隨時透過 Apple／Google 帳戶設定取消訂閱。
資料保留期
我們會在您使用本應用程式期間保留資料。如您要求刪除帳戶，我們將在 30 日內刪除所有個人資料，但法律要求保留者除外。語音音訊完全於裝置本地處理，從不保留。
