These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of 好奇光 Lumi (the "App"), developed and operated by Madness Technology. By downloading or using the App, you (the parent or guardian) agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the child using the App.
1. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility
The App is designed for children aged 6–13. A parent or guardian must create and manage the account. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and accept responsibility for all use of the App by your child.
2. Subscription Plans
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Prices shown are for Hong Kong. Prices in other countries and territories may vary and will be displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under your account.
3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings (App Store) or Google Play Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
4. Free Trial
When a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID or Google account.
5. Acceptable Use
- The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the App.
- You must not use the App to generate, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for children.
- Each subscription account is for a single child profile. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is not permitted.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including the Lumi persona, AI-generated responses, coaching logic, and visual design — is owned by or licensed to Madness Technology. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of it without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Madness Technology does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate. The App is an educational coaching tool and is not a substitute for professional educational or therapeutic advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madness Technology's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
10. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

本使用條款（「條款」）適用於由 Madness Technology 開發及營運的 好奇光 Lumi（「本應用程式」）。下載或使用本應用程式，即表示您（家長或監護人）代表您本人及使用本應用程式的孩子同意本條款。
1. 資格及家長責任
本應用程式專為 6 至 13 歲兒童設計，帳戶須由家長或監護人建立及管理。建立帳戶即表示您確認具有相關授權，並接受對您孩子使用本應用程式的一切行為負責。
2. 訂閱計劃
本應用程式提供以下自動續費訂閱計劃：

3. 自動續費及取消
- 訂閱將於每個計費週期結束時自動續費，除非您在續費日期前至少 24 小時取消。
- 續費費用將於當前週期結束前 24 小時內從您的帳戶扣除。
- 您可隨時透過 Apple ID 帳戶設定（App Store）或 Google Play 帳戶設定管理及取消訂閱。取消後，訂閱將於當前計費週期結束時終止，您在此之前仍可正常使用。
- 除適用法律另有規定外，已付費的訂閱期內未使用部分恕不退款。
4. 免費試用
如提供免費試用，訂閱後未使用的試用時間將自動失效。每個 Apple ID 或 Google 帳戶只可享有一次免費試用。
5. 可接受使用
- 本應用程式僅供個人非商業用途。
- 不得嘗試對本應用程式進行逆向工程、複製、分發或商業利用。
- 不得利用本應用程式生成、儲存或傳輸任何違法、有害或不適合兒童的內容。
- 每個訂閱帳戶僅供單一兒童使用。不得建立多個帳戶以規避使用限制。
6. 知識產權
本應用程式的所有內容——包括 Lumi 角色形象、AI 生成回應、輔導邏輯及視覺設計——均為 Madness Technology 所有或獲授權使用。未經我們書面許可，不得複製或再分發任何部分。
7. 免責聲明及責任限制
本應用程式以「現狀」提供。Madness Technology 不保證應用程式不會中斷或無錯誤，亦不保證 AI 生成回應的準確性。本應用程式為教育輔導工具，不能取代專業教育或治療建議。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，Madness Technology 就任何因使用本應用程式而產生的索賠，其總責任不超過您在索賠前 12 個月內就本應用程式所支付的金額。
8. 條款修訂
我們可能不時更新本條款。如有重大變更，我們將透過本應用程式或電郵通知您。繼續使用本應用程式即表示您接受修訂後的條款。
9. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議均受香港特別行政區法院的專屬司法管轄。
10. 私隱政策
我們的私隱政策構成本條款的一部分，說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的個人資料。
